Born September 17, 1964 in Colombo, Sri Lanka with work experience in the UK, USA, Sri Lanka, India, Singapore and Thailand. Dhammika has Advanced Brand Communications and Communications Channel Planning experience of over a decade in both the private and public sector. International Communications methodology, execution and evaluation experience with the advertising agencies JWT, O&M, Lowe & Partners and McCann-Erickson. Campaign development, monitoring and evaluation consultant to projects funded by United Nations Agencies, World Bank, GTZ, DFiD, Asian Development Bank and PLAN International.
He now lives and works in the United Kingdom specialising as a Communications Consultant.
